Pond Care Visits
Our koi pond care visits are tailored to each pond, because every pond is different.
In general visits include:
- debris removal from the top and bottom of pond
- clean out dirty filter baskets, nets and pre filter mesh with hose
- back wash the system
- check UV clarifier light is displayed
- scrub waterfall, statues, pond walls and rocks
- prune aquatic plants which often means we need to hop in
- removal of pond debris and pruning
- adjusting water level
- water lily fertilisation
- feed fish if you're away
- fish health check.
Through out the year we will prepare your ponds ahead of seasonal changes to ensure it's always at its best.
Visit schedules include:
- Twice weekly
- Weekly
- Every other week
After the visit:
- we can email or text you post completion pics (if you'd like)
- message you if a problem is detected with options
- monthly electronic invoice
- update on your pond if you're out of state
